It supports healthy routines, confidence, and self-regulation across ages.<br>We focus on&nbsp;behaviors, emotional health, and sustainable habits, not numbers on a scale (unless there is a medical reason\/concern to do so).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do parents, partners, or adult children participate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Yes \u2014 this is a&nbsp;family collaboration space in the sense that everyone in the household is encouraged to participate. Families are encouraged to&nbsp;participate as fully as they can, and sessions are designed so that&nbsp;each person can benefit even if they miss one or more meetings.
