Card Play Practice: Let Go

Dixit cards

This practice is intended to facilitate exploration of two questions. If you like, you can write your reactions and reflections in a journal or speak them aloud.

Question 1: What do I need to let go of in order to allow space for something else that is more meaningful and important for me right now?

  1. Randomly choose 9 cards and lay them either face up or face down, depending on if you want to use the improv (face down) or intuition (face up) card selection technique.
  2. Choose a card that answers the question:
    1. Improv: select a card randomly and turn it over
    2. Intuition: choose a card that resonates with you in some way in the context of the question

Question 2: What can support me with this?
